Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Operations Executive with hands-on experience in warehouse operations, preferably from the
Power Electrical industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse activities, inventory control, dispatch coordination, and vendor/customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete warehouse operations including inbound and outbound processes
- Oversee loading & unloading, damage inspection, material put-away, and stacking
- Ensure proper documentation of shipments (Invoice, Waybill, ASN, etc.)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks (Perpetual Inventory)
- Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, transporters, and customers for smooth operations
- Align with sales and warehouse teams for daily vehicle placement planning
- Ensure material picking as per sales plan while maintaining FIFO methodology
- Prepare and share daily MIS and stock reports
- Manage 3rd party manpower, track attendance, and coordinate with the commercial team
- Handle billing coordination for manpower, housekeeping, and warehouse expenses
- Ensure implementation and adherence to warehouse safety and security standards
- Identify and report non-moving inventory to customers
Mandatory Requirements
- 23 years of experience in warehouse/operations role
- Must have experience in Power Electrical industry
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and dispatch operations
- Familiarity with documentation like Invoice, Waybill, ASN
- Good coordination and communication skills
