Job Description

About the Team

The Chairman's Office works closely with the Chairman to drive key priorities across the organization. The team ensures that day-to-day execution, communication, and logistics run reliably so the Chairman can focus on decision-making and high-impact work.

The office operates in a fast-moving environment where plans evolve frequently and execution accuracy matters. The role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, high ownership in execution, and comfort working amid constant change. Trust, discretion, and integrity are fundamental to the role.

About the Role

This role owns end-to-end travel and logistics for the Chairman and supports day-to-day execution within the Chairman's Office.

You will manage travel planning and related logistics, working closely with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure plans are executed as scheduled. You will also track recurring updates from leaders and teams, follow up to make sure they are received on time.

The role requires strong attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and the ability to solve problems quickly when plans change or information is incomplete.

Responsibilities will be hands-on and execution-focused initially. Over time, based on performance and trust, the role is expected to grow into greater ownership of coordination and planning within the Chairman's Office, including increased involvement in managing the Chairman's calendar end-to-end and prioritizing meetings and commitments.

What We Expect From You

● Own end-to-end travel planning and logistics for the Chairman, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, visas, itineraries, and related arrangements.

● Anticipate travel needs, plan contingencies, and respond quickly to changes or disruptions using sound judgment while adapting to evolving information.

● Coordinate closely with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure travel plans are executed accurately on the ground.

● Track recurring updates and communications from leaders and teams, ensuring timely follow-through where required.

● Support day-to-day logistical needs of the Chairman, including arranging meals or hospitality at the office or the Chairman's home when required.

● Support payments, documentation, expense tracking, and vendor coordination related to travel and logistics.

● Demonstrate high reliability, strong availability, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach across all responsibilities.

Good to Have

Experience & Skills

● Strong problem-solving ability and comfort making decisions when plans change or information is incomplete.

● Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks reliably.

● A high sense of ownership and attention to detail in execution-heavy work.

● Ability to anticipate risks, plan contingencies, and act proactively.

● Clear and professional communication while coordinating with senior stakeholders and external vendors.

● High discretion and comfort handling confidential information.

● Ability to work independently with high responsiveness and availability.

Who This Role Is For

This role is best suited for individuals who are highly driven and eager to grow through hands-on responsibility. We are looking for someone with strong personal ambition, a willingness to learn quickly, and the motivation to take ownership beyond defined tasks.

The role starts with execution-heavy responsibilities and is designed for candidates who see this as an opportunity to build judgment, reliability, and long-term ownership within the Chairman's Office.

Candidates who take pride in solving problems, improving how things run, and progressively taking on greater responsibility will do well in this role.
