Role: Event Management Associate

Role Overview
We're looking for an Associate to drive end-to-end execution of corporate events and webinars at OnGrid. This role will work closely with the Partnerships team to deliver high-quality events aligned with predefined strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute corporate events, roundtables, and webinars (virtual & in-person) in line with defined goals and themes
- Coordinate with internal teams (partnerships, sales, marketing) to ensure smooth planning and delivery
- Manage external stakeholders including event partners, agencies, and vendors
- Own event calendars, timelines, and execution trackers
- Support content and agenda development based on strategic direction provided
- Ensure seamless on-ground/virtual execution, including speaker and attendee management
- Track and report event performance (attendance, leads, engagement, ROI)
- Drive post-event follow-ups in collaboration with internal teams
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in event management (agency or corporate environment)
- Strong execution and project management skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Familiarity with webinar platforms and tools is a plus
