About the Position
The Executive – Operations will play a key role in supporting the Sales team while coordinating closely with the laboratory. The role involves evaluating and managing B2B leads, working with channel partners, and handling MOU accounts to ensure smooth operational flow and effective collaboration across stakeholders
Key Accountabilities:
●Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure timely collection aligned with pharma program requirements and resolution of related queries.
●Maintain and update the tracker on a daily basis; share updates with the respective Patient Support Program (PSP) and notify the lead source in case of any delays.
●Monitor and manage cases through the online portal/case register.
●Coordinate with channel partners and B2B stakeholders to obtain complete clinical information and ensure all Test Request Forms (TRFs) are duly filled.
●Proactively follow up with the Sales team to close ongoing MOU discussions and facilitate timely onboarding.
●Track all cases to ensure timely processing and release; communicate status updates to channel partners and ensure prompt response to queries.
●Act as a central point of coordination between Sales, MOU accounts, B2B channel partners, and logistics/support/accessioning teams for all sample- and report-related matters.
Qualifications & Skills Required
●Ability to manage deliverables independently and meet deadlines.
●Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, sales/account management, or support functions.
●Bachelor's degree in science/biotechnology.
●Willingness to work 6 days a week.
●Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English.
