What you will work on:

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly collections MIS reports.
• Analyze collection trends and highlight delinquencies.
• Coordinate with collection agents, branches, and regional teams for updates.
• Ensure accuracy of data in collection systems.
• Support management with dashboards and performance insights.
• Follow up on pending payments and escalate critical cases.

The ideal candidate:

• Strong Excel & MIS reporting skills.
• Knowledge of collection processes (preferably NBFC/BFSI).
• Good communication & coordination ability.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.

Qualification and Experience:

• Any Graduation (experience in collections / MIS / coordination preferred).
