Basic Health Care Services (BHS) is a not-for-profit organization that enables marginalized and vulnerable communities lead a healthy life with dignity. Through a network of AMRIT Clinics, BHS provides high quality and responsive primary healthcare in rural South Rajasthan, aiming to reach the last family in these communities. Ove last one year, BHS has developed an in-depth understanding of mental health needs, coping mechanisms and beliefs of the communities we serve. We believe that meeting mental health needs in the communities require a combination of social, psychological and clinical interventions, integrate within the primary healthcare framework. We have designed, adapted and initiated implementation of suitable interventions through our network of primary care providers and volunteers across the three AMRIT Clinics.

Whom are we looking for
We are looking for interested colleague with suitable academic (Masters in public health/ psychology/psychiatric social work/ MSW with concentration in mental health) and professional (worked for at-least 2-3 years in community settings on mental health initiative) experience to join. Other attributes that we value are working in interdisciplinary teams and ability to live and work in different settings.
Location: The position is located in Gogunda (30KM form Udaipur, district), with frequent travel and stay in field areas of South Rajasthan.
Remuneration: Commensurate with experience, benchmarked with other organizations of the sector
