Job Designation: Executive – Paid Media

We are looking for an Executive – Paid Media with close to 2 years of relevant experience to manage paid media planning, campaign execution, client servicing, and performance analysis across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute paid media plans aligned with campaign and business objectives.
• Plan, manage and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, KPIs and delivery.
• Analyse campaign data and reports to identify trends, insights and optimisation opportunities.
• Use GA4 and other analytics, measurement and reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance.
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
• Manage day-to-day media client servicing, communication and reporting.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy and internal teams for effective campaign execution.
• Prepare regular performance reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in paid media/performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of media planning, buying and optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Working knowledge of GA4 and digital analytics/reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to read performance reports and derive actionable insights.
• Strong client servicing and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
