Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Executive/MD Assistant. The Executive/MD Assistant will manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, schedule appointments, organize meetings, and handle communications for the Managing Director. The role also includes preparing reports, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring efficient workflow. The selected candidate will support the MD in strategic planning, project management, and other executive functions.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling and meeting coordination
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in preparing reports and managing documentation
• Experience in project management and strategic planning
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Previous experience in an executive or administrative assistance role is preferred
