Key responsibilities includes:
Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify priority areas, growth driver solutions, review account plans and to drive growth and market enablement initiatives
Conceptualising and implementing firm-wide market campaigns to link and align PAN India teams on focus solutions, growth opportunities, etc
Monitoring firm revenue and pipeline and facilitating management review
Preparing GTM materials for the firm
Preparing reports for management review
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Event Planning and Support:
- Support the team in executing high-impact industry events that showcase our brand and services
- Forge and nurture valuable industry event partnerships to expand our reach and influence
- Provide essential support to the BMC team, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and presentation preparation.
- Conceptualize, organize, and execute hybrid events such as webinars, podcasts, and roundtables, targeting and engaging the most pertinent buyer segments
- Reporting and Tracking
- Maintain comprehensive trackers for all marketing campaigns and planned events, ensuring no activity goes unmonitored.
- Compile and analyse digital marketing report and translate data for insights for the team
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Forge strong partnerships with internal leaders/partners, external vendors, and other stakeholders, fostering an environment of collaboration to achieve campaign objectives
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, brand management and analytics
- Ability to analyse quantitative data in large volumes and be responsible for recording the data as per the guidance/protocols followed
- A track record of successful event planning and execution
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain industry partnerships
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Good spoken and written communication skills is desirable.
Experience
- Graduate with the right technical skills.
- Post Graduate degree/diploma/certification in Marketing and Communications (preferred)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
