Technical Excellence
Monitor social media channels for mentions of our brand, competitors, and industry trends.
Analyze social media conversations to identify patterns, sentiment, and emerging issues.
Generate regular reports on social listening findings, providing actionable insights to inform content and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to leverage social insights for campaign development and audience engagement.

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proficient in social media listening tools and platforms.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in social media listening or digital analytics.
