Key responsibilities includes:
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify priority areas, growth driver solutions, review account plans and to drive growth and market enablement initiatives
- Conceptualising and implementing firm-wide market campaigns to link and align PAN India teams on focus solutions, growth opportunities, etc
- Monitoring firm revenue and pipeline and facilitating management review
- Preparing GTM materials for the firm
- Preparing reports for management review

Technical Excellence
- Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, MS Office (Essential)
- Social Media: Producing content that appeals the target audience, designing posts, pages, and applications, maintains a high degree of knowledge and proficiency on the latest creative trends/tools and leverages that knowledge to create innovative social media project deliverables. (Desirable)
- Print and Digital advertising, Free hand Caricatures and illustrations (Desirable)
- Good presentation and communication skills, pro-active at work, people friendly, and team player

Qualification
- Graduate – Bachelor's Degree – preferably in Arts/Graphic/Web Design and/or related discipline
- Diploma in Print or digital media from a reputed institution
- Post-Graduate in design (Desirable)
