Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Distribution Coordination (Primary Responsibility).
  • Coordinate with sales teams for daily marketing and communication requirements
  • Maintain strong communication with distributors, dealers, and channel partners
  • Support distributor onboarding, follow-ups, and promotional coordination
  • Share product updates, catalogues, presentations, and marketing materials with partners
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of sales-related activities
  • Assist in managing client communication and relationship support
  • Maintain records, reports, and coordination data related to sales and distribution activities

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Support branding, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing events
  • Coordinate with designers for brochures, catalogues, creatives, and presentations
  • Assist in market research and competitor tracking
  • Support product launch communication and promotional planning

Digital Marketing Support (Secondary Responsibility)

  • Manage and support company social media platforms when required
  • Assist in email marketing and customer communication campaigns
  • Coordinate website or digital content updates if needed
  • Support online branding and communication activities

Qualifications And Skills Required

  • Master of Business Administration in Marketing/Sales/Branding
  • Fresher also can apply
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work closely with sales teams and distributors
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills
  • Professional approach in handling clients and channel partners
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Canva, or basic marketing tools is an advantage
