Overview

Integrated Supply Chain Planning (ISCP) is being used as Supply Chain Planning solution leveraging multiple tools including JDA/ BY being the core in AMESA & APAC sectors of PepsiCo. This role is key to the success of our lean DevSecOps team of Sector IT and will be responsible to work with IT Leads and with business stakeholders to ensure product is being used in markets effectively, supporting projects deliverables and learning PepsiCo business cold and contributing in higher adoption of ISCP across all markets.

Products: BlueYonder / JDA Demand, JDA ESP,JDA IO, JDA SS, Daily Production Planning (DPP)


Sectors: AMESA & APAC
Markets: India, Pakistan, Saudi, Egypt, South Africa, China, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Taiwan


Responsibilities

The role is expected to work in Supply Chain Planning DevsecOps team of Sector IT, having agile mindset and help IT Leads in managing the Operations and different projects across AMESA & APAC. The role is expected to have some background of Demand Planning and Supply Planning and also have attitude to learn and working in challenging environment. The role is having additional responsibility of playing the Security Champion in the team and hence track all the security processes and track the vulnerabilities and their remediation plan. Supply Chain Planning capability is growing in markets and additions of new products, the role is expected to gain the functional expertise on Demand Planning and Supply Planning areas and also develop good understanding of PepsiCo business processes and help and influence/ manage partner team of 15 resources to work efficiently and be more productive with his/ her inputs.

Key Accountability:

  • Be the IT Analyst and work with partner resources to expedite the sustain issues and execute the project deliverables
  • Lead weekly review calls with Sector Business and manage the priorities
  • Be an expert of ISCP (Integrated Supply Chain Planning) and its functionalities so that can manage the business users for any of their queries
  • Work with partner and manage critical/ high incidents/ tickets
  • Be the techno-functional expert in the team and provide inputs for any technical upgrade/ migrations etc.
  • Be the Security Champion and follow the security governance processes and controls
  • Own the environment and landscape completely and work with different team for patching related activities
  • Collaborate with business partners across AMESA & APAC and get the CRs/ CIs prioritization and align partner team for delivery
  • Support IT Leads/ Manager on ad-hoc tasks related to project deliveries/ new tool assessment etc.
  • Learn and innovate the existing solutions and look for opportunity to reduce the sustain cost
  • Drives new ideas to improve the current workflows and how to bring in more automation to bring down the overall cost
  • Manages business relationships with IT teams, vendors and 3rd party providers
  • Oversees prioritization and delivery of solutions for area(s) of ownership to ensure value realization
  • Supports development of strategic roadmap (i.e., defines the case for change, gains investment approval, identifies pursuit opportunities)
  • Serves as an escalation point for projects (via steering committee participation) to help resolve issues requiring business partner engagement
  • Anticipates needs by supporting Proof of Concept and investigating potential solutions in order to communicate solution recommendations
  • Supports compliance, risk management and security strategies and programs, championing risk management and security discipline
  • Analyzes components of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) impacting process reengineering
  • Participates in business process design workshops with internal or external
  • Participates in change management analysis during process design

Qualifications

  • Subject matter expertise in the area of functional responsibility of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, BlueYonder
  • Ability to work with multiple teams in a matrix environment
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • 10-12 years of related IT business work experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers
  • Consulting background with a large scale supply chain program is an additional advantage
  • Ability to solve highly complex problems within his/her work team
  • Degree level education
  • Proficient business level English language skills
  • Agile, vendor management and business partnering skills:
  • Responsible for being the face of IT for GMD product in APAC sector. Key stakeholders:
