Overview

ICC is a growing function within PepsiCo that leverages one strategy and common approach to introduce new, technology-driven capabilities and elevate service quality while meeting current and future business needs. PEP RGM is a key priority function where transformation, technology, strategy and capabilities enablement are aimed to be the best in class, and to be standardized and deployed globally.

This position will be part of the ICC - Consumer and Commercial organization. The incumbent will work with APAC markets supporting deployment and usage of RGM digital solutions(Promo.ai etc). Long-term, the team has potential to integrate with other NextGen RGM capabilities and contribute to broader commercial excellence initiatives.


Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

Support delivery and ongoing improvement

  • Support ongoing adoption and Value realization of promo.Ai in AUS by working closely with RGM and commercial teams, leveraging tool features and additional analytics
  • User support, e.g. inputting constraints on the Promo.ai tool, provide support on day-to-day questions
  • Analyzing results (i.e. highlighting the drivers / rationale behind tool recommendations)
  • Calendar refinement (supporting iterations based on customer feedback)
  • Drive insights and content creation for key KAM touchpoints (e.g., calendar sell-in)
  • Identify and share in-market best practices to implement across markets
  • Serve as super user & develop best practice deployment playbooks
  • Partner with S&T capability teams to design, build and sustain digital products in market.
  • Engage with Sectors teams to capture user feedback, resolve issues (in partnership with S&T capability) for all products
  • Drive sector engagement and alignment on ongoing product iteration
  • Measure product performance and business adoption for Promo.AI and other digital RGM tools in APAC
  • Work with S&T and Sector teams to diagnose issues ( e.g. low adoption of solutions, model output not consistent with business expectations)
  • Track and ensure value realization

Shared Accountabilities

Deployment readiness / intake

  • Work with Sector teams to plan for sustain and deployment readiness ( data, user training etc)
  • Partner with S&T capability to ensure planning and market readiness / highlight, escalate issues and necessary

Business integration

  • Work with Sector teams to identify and align interlocks into key business processes and governance
  • Support Sector teams in change management as necessary to drive business impact

Qualifications

  • +9 years of experience in Retail Analytics/Category Management/Revenue Management
  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience working with large data sets, experience in CPG /Consulting / GBS
  • Change Management, Driving Adoption of digital transformation/tools/processes
  • Experience in any of the NRM lever practices, Pricing, Promo Management, Assortment, Trade Investment
  • Strong analytics skills with expertise in data and advance analytics and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power
  • Prior experience in driving change in matrix environment
  • Experience in developing data-driven models for sales and marketing function
  • Ability to handle senior stakeholders and multiple workstreams to tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Drive strategic conversations with Senior stakeholders (VP & above) across APAC
  • Proven experience using PowerPoint and ability to producing visually compelling presentations (i.e. beyond just operating the software) that are impactful with a senior audience
  • Clarity in communication (English language) to enable production of a very high standard of commentary that is impactful and credible amongst our most senior audiences.
  • Master's degree from a premium institute is preferred
  • Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan
