Company: 1XL Info LLP

Location: Remote

CTC: Rs. 30,000 - 35,000 PM

Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly proactive, strategic, and results-oriented Executive Manager to support senior leadership, manage operations, and ensure smooth organizational performance. This role is crucial for aligning team efforts with company objectives, driving projects from conception to completion, and acting as a trusted advisor and operational leader.

The ideal candidate is confident, organized, detail-oriented, solution-driven, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential to manage cross-functional teams and interface with leadership effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Leadership & Strategic Support

  • Act as the primary support for senior leadership in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule critical meetings, and ensure follow-ups on priority actions.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, dashboards, proposals, and executive summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Represent leadership in internal and external meetings, ensuring professionalism and alignment with company goals.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making, highlighting risks, opportunities, and operational gaps.

  • 2. Operations & Process Management

    • Oversee operational workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
    • Track budgets, expenses, invoices, and financial records accurately.
    • Maintain structured documentation, digital filing systems, and operational records.
    • Evaluate existing processes and propose improvements to optimize productivity and resource utilization.
    • Monitor organizational KPIs, metrics, and progress on key projects.

  • 3. Cross-Functional Team Coordination & Project Oversight

    • Collaborate with teams such as Content, Design, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure timely delivery of projects.
    • Track project schedules, approvals, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Act as a bridge between leadership and teams to communicate priorities, expectations, and deadlines clearly.
    • Support teams with resource planning, problem resolution, and workflow management.

  • 4. Problem Solving & Ownership

    • Identify operational or strategic gaps proactively and propose practical solutions.
    • Take complete ownership of assigned projects, ensuring successful and timely execution.
    • Anticipate challenges and develop contingency plans to avoid delays.
    • Make decisions independently when required, balancing risk with organizational priorities.

  • 5. Confidentiality & Professionalism

    • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
    • Maintain professionalism in all interactions with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
    • Uphold company values and culture while representing leadership and organizational interests.

    • Familiarity with project management and task-tracking tools (Zoom, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
    • Basic understanding of content, creative, and marketing workflows.
    • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable reports.

  • Experience & Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in management, operations, executive support, or project coordination roles.
    • Experience managing cross-functional or creative/content teams is preferred.
    • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, remote, or hybrid work environments.
    • Graduation in Business Administration, Management, English, or a related field is preferred.
    • Prior experience in SaaS, technology, or product-based companies is an advantage.

  • Note:Candidates must use their own laptop and have a good internet connection for this job. The laptop should work properly for daily office tasks and online meetings. The company will not provide a laptop.
