Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Maintenance professional located in Bengaluru South. The Executive Maintenance will manage and oversee the maintenance of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operation and productivity. Key responsibilities include performing scheduled inspections, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, coordinating repairs, implementing preventive maintenance plans, and monitoring equipment compliance with safety standards. This role demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and execution
• Proficiency in understanding and interpreting technical documentation and schematics
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in an industrial setting
• Experience with inventory management and spare parts planning is a plus
• Educational background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• Prior experience in a maintenance role in the FMCG or manufacturing sector is preferred
