Job Description
Shift Engineer for managing day to day shift activities for engineering department. Calibration and PM activities to be performed as per schedule and keeping the documents. Maintaining of GMP documents and PR/PO process in SAP and relevent to working software for process equpiments
- Responsible for producing quality products and responsible for maintaining quality systems in the plant.
- Ensuring Data Integrity.
- Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of all plant machinery & utility equipment.
- Daily monitoring of utility consumption.
- Plant process equipment breakdown solving, data review and spare part management.
- GMP audit compliance to all internal and external audits and inspections.
- Allocation of manpower for carrying out shift activities.
- Procurements of Spares and Inventory monitoring.
- Maintenance area cleaning monitoring as per schedule.
11 Plant UPS system preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- To determine internal and external QEHS issues as well as the needs and expectations of the relevant interested parties and monitor the same.
- To ensure the work permit system during maintenance activity.
- Prepare the calibration schedule for all instruments and perform the activities as per schedule.
- Maintaing of daily shift report for engineering activities through out the shift
