Key Responsibilities:

Handle logistics for marketplace and retail orders

Maintain track of shipped shipments and ensure timely deliveries / escalations of all shipments

Coordinate with WH teams for pickups, marketplace teams for appointments and logistics vendors for delivery

What we look for:

1-2 years of experience in logistics / operations role

Experience in managing external stakeholders

Strong tactical problem-solving skills

A quick learner who can get the ball rolling from day 1

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Engineering or related field / MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations
