Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Executive LMS Admin to manage and support the effective implementation of learning and development initiatives through Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) and Degreed platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering LMS systems, deploying and maintaining learning content, generating reports, and supporting end-users and stakeholders across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the CSOD and Degreed platforms, including course creation, deployment, catalog governance, and user management.
- Oversee Change Release Management for both CSOD and Degreed to ensure successful updates and feature implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues including access errors, enrollment issues, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with vendors and SMEs to analyze learning design and ensure effective deployment within the LMS.
- Provide Tier 2 support for LMS-related queries and escalate to Tier 3 as necessary.
- Guide internal stakeholders on the best practices for digital learning solutions and eLearning deployment.
- Participate in and manage learning-related projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business needs.
- Maintain learning records and generate compliance and usage reports for key stakeholders.
- Work with Microsoft SharePoint (preferred) for project tracking and documentation.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree mandatory
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- English communication capability
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in LMS administration, preferably with Cornerstone OnDemand and Degreed.
- Hands-on experience with creating courses, managing enrolments, reporting, user access, and troubleshooting on LMS platforms.
