About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Legal Executive for our Legal Search & Documentation Team.
This role involves in-office drafting of Legal Search Reports (LSR) based on title documents, revenue records, NOC certificates and encumbrance checks.
Key Responsibilities:
Review chain of title, sale deeds & mutation records
Check encumbrance, mortgage & litigation status
Prepare Legal Search Reports (Bank/NBFC formats)
Maintain documentation and compliance checklists
Coordinate with internal legal & operations teams
Skills & Requirements:
Graduated
Good document reading & interpretation skills
Basic understanding of property law preferred
Ability to work with structured formats and deadlines
Computer proficiency (Word, PDF, Portals)
