Executive - Learning & Development - Contract Logistics

Deliver process training aligned with Amazon SOPs (inbound, outbound, picking, packing, sorting, etc.)

Facilitate classroom and on-the-job training (OJT) sessions

Customize training content based on process changes or client requirements

Create engaging learning materials (PPTs, videos, assessments)

Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Amazon client stakeholders

Identify training needs through TNI (Training Need Identification)

Align training plans with business goals and SLAs

Monitor trainee performance and conduct refresher trainings

Analyze productivity, quality, and error trends to identify skill gaps

Drive continuous improvement initiatives through training interventions

Ensure training compliance as per Amazon and internal standards

Maintain training records, attendance, and certification logs

Support audits (internal/external/client audits)

Track and report training metrics (throughput, effectiveness, attendance)

Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards
