Work experience
Total Experience: The candidate must have 2–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm
Expertise in Configure and maintain various Workday security modules,. Collaborate with the Client's Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to collect requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solution
Business process understanding and can identify risks and control weaknesses and gaps.
Experience in administering Roles Responsibilities and Segregation of Duties concepts.
Mandatory technical & functional skills
•Good understanding of workday Functionality with hands on experience managing/ implementing or supporting workday engagements.
•Proven ability to identify and assess complex information protection risks and controls.
•Good understanding of Risk assessments and Audits
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Understanding of a wide range of information security and IT methodologies, principles, technologies and techniques.
•A genuine interest and desire to work in the information security field.
•Communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
•Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed
•Problem solving and troubleshooting related to security configurations
Educational qualifications
•Qualifications: BE/B-Tech/MCA/BSC-IT/MBA
•Core HCM/FIN Certification Must
