Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Senior Executive – Compliance to manage end-to-end statutory compliance across labour laws, factory regulations, POSH, and social security statutes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling registrations, audits, inspections, and coordination with multi-state clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, CLRA, Shops & Establishments, and Factories Act.
- Manage complete PF & ESI compliance, including employee validation, wage reconciliation, UAN management, filings, and inspections.
- Oversee Professional Tax (PT) compliance including registrations, deductions, payments, and liaison with authorities.
- Handle Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) registrations and contributions as per state norms.
- Manage factory compliance, including licensing, statutory records, safety coordination, and inspections.
- Lead POSH compliance, including ICC formation, training sessions, complaint management, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance for Shops & Establishments, including registrations, renewals, and adherence to labor norms.
- Maintain statutory registers, compliance trackers, and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with government authorities, clients, vendors, and contractors for seamless compliance operations.
- Support audits and manage contractor/vendor compliance documentation.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, factory regulations, and social security statutes (PF, ESI, PT, LWF)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in labour compliance
- Experience in handling audits, inspections, and statutory filings
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
