Job Title: Executive - IT Helpdesk

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced: Executive - IT Helpdesk to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing and maintaining our end-user computing environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of desktop systems and related infrastructure. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of desktop hardware, software, and networking principles.
Responsibilities
Technical & Support Tasks
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and standard business applications.
- Deploy hardware (laptops, desktops) and peripherals (printers, scanners) according to organizational standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Provide technical support via helpdesk tickets, remote access, or on-site visits for RBI in Rotation shifts
- Maintain and update desktop images and deployment solutions.
- Maintain detailed inventory records of IT assets laptops, desktops, peripherals, tracking status, assignment, and lifecycle.
Security & Compliance
- Apply and validate security patches, antivirus updates, and compliance fixes across endpoints.
- Ensure systems adhere to company IT policies and standards.
- Ensure that all systems adhere to internal IT policies, security standards, and compliance requirements.
Documentation & Collaboration
- Document procedures, configurations, and resolution steps.
- Participate in IT initiatives, system improvements, and cross-functional meetings to enhance processes.
Qualifications And Skills
- Any graduate or equivalent
- IT Hardware Networking Diploma.
- The user should have hands-on experience in hardware parts replacement and installation (SSD,RAM,Display)
- 2 - 3 years of proven experience as a Desktop Engineer, IT Support Specialist, or a similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
