Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive- International Inside Sales located in Noida. As an Executive- International Inside Sales, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks involving customer relationship management, lead generation, conducting international sales, and managing client accounts. You will also be tasked with understanding market requirements, coordinating with the operations team, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Customer Relationship Management and Lead Generation skills
  • Experience in International Sales and Client Account Management
  • Ability to understand Market Requirements and coordinate with Operations team
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Experience in B2B sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
