Job Description:
Ø Installation sub con compliances as per Minimum wages / Act / local requirements .
Ø Sub con tracking and maintaining MIS.
Ø Preparing weekly / monthly reports (related to subcon).
Ø Planning of Sub-con deputation across India in consultation with regional team.
Ø Manpower deployment and regular follow up with sub con.
Ø Sub-con rate negotiation and finalisation as per budget for new units / projects.
Ø Follow up with sub-con for compliances and submit on time.
Ø Follow up with customer and Sub con and Installation in case customer hold TJEI Payment.
Ø Maintaining clear record of subcon doing compliances under TJEI.
Ø Coordinating with subcon and regional safety team for safety induction.
Ø Daily attendance monitoring.
Ø Analysing subcon trend and performance etc.
