Role Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive revenue by identifying and closing new business opportunities. You will be the primary point of contact for prospects, responsible for managing the full sales cycle through phone, email, and video presentations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the grit to turn no into not yet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Development: Proactively hunt for new business through cold outreach and follow up on inbound marketing leads.
  • Discovery & Qualification: Conduct high-level conversations with C-suite executives to understand their business challenges.
  • Product Demonstrations: Lead compelling virtual demos that showcase our value proposition.
  • Closing: Manage negotiations and overcome objections to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • CRM Discipline: Maintain 100% CRM accuracy to ensure data-driven forecasting.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (SaaS or B2B preferred).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach (40–60 activities per day).
