Job Description

Position: Inside Sales Executive

Experience: 3+ yrs.

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead generation, nurturing potential clients, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Strong communication skills, persistence, and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting methods.
  • Research target companies and identify key decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, authority, and timeline.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Track and report outreach activities, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and lead qualification.
  • Familiarity with ERP solutions such as LOGIC ERP, SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar business applications  
  • Domain Knowledge & Business Process understanding of Inventory Management, Sale & Purchase, Production, Retail, BI etc.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
  • Knowledge of sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in SaaS, IT services, consulting, or technology sales.
  • Understanding of sales pipelines and lead nurturing strategies.
