Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Executive with strong experience in Inside sales and techno-commercial proposals. The role involves lead management, client coordination, proposal preparation, and supporting sales closures by working closely with internal technical and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales leads and convert them into qualify opportunities
  • Conduct initial discussions with prospective clients to understand business and technical requirements
  • Prepare and support in preparing the Techno-commercial proposals, RFQs, and quotations
  • Liaise with internal technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate costing and solution alignment.
  • Ensure proposals meet client requirements, compliance standards, and commercial viability.
  • Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and MIS reports
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients during the pre-sales and proposal stage.
  • Address client queries related to scope, commercials, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain strong relationships to enhance conversion and repeat business.

Key Skills

  • Strong understanding of Techno-commercial proposals and costing
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in B2B inside sales / sales support / pre-sales
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
  • Support contract finalization and handover to operations teams.

Qualification

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA – Sales/Marketing preferred)

Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Support / Pre-Sales
  • Exposure to solution-based or service-based sales preferred
