Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Executive with strong experience in Inside sales and techno-commercial proposals. The role involves lead management, client coordination, proposal preparation, and supporting sales closures by working closely with internal technical and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales leads and convert them into qualify opportunities
- Conduct initial discussions with prospective clients to understand business and technical requirements
- Prepare and support in preparing the Techno-commercial proposals, RFQs, and quotations
- Liaise with internal technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate costing and solution alignment.
- Ensure proposals meet client requirements, compliance standards, and commercial viability.
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and MIS reports
- Act as a key point of contact for clients during the pre-sales and proposal stage.
- Address client queries related to scope, commercials, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain strong relationships to enhance conversion and repeat business.
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of Techno-commercial proposals and costing
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in B2B inside sales / sales support / pre-sales
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused
- Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
- Support contract finalization and handover to operations teams.
Qualification
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA – Sales/Marketing preferred)
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Support / Pre-Sales
- Exposure to solution-based or service-based sales preferred
