We are seeking a proactive Executive Inside Sales professional to drive consumable revenue and customer retention from existing clients. The ideal candidate will be focused, detail-oriented, and possess a strong customer-centric attitude. This role is crucial for forecasting and achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Forecast and achieve monthly consumable sales revenue from an assigned territory. You will actively seek out opportunities with existing customers to drive sales and promote our offers with competitive quotations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure you meet daily customer connection targets and update the system with customer insights. You will build rapport and relationships to create value for our offerings, ensuring customer loyalty and minimizing losses. You will also track key performance indicators related to retaining and regaining customers.
- Problem Resolution: Drive customer retention by connecting with clients to understand any dissatisfaction. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, including field service associates, to resolve issues related to printer performance, service quality, or order processing. You will also escalate matters as required to ensure a better customer service experience.
- Process & Documentation: Follow up with customers to finalize pricing and secure purchase orders. You will be responsible for entering up-to-date information into the CRM system, preferably SFDC, to generate customer insights for the service organization.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales.
- Education: A Degree or Diploma in a Science or Technical field.
- Skills:
- A strong focus on driving revenue growth through customer retention.
- The ability to continually call customers, build rapport, and create value.
- The ability to process data and act to drive organizational goals.
- A customer-oriented mindset, building trust through a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably SFDC.
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
