The Executive - Influencer Marketing will play a key role in executing influencer marketing campaigns for our Beauty and Personal Care products. This role also involves managing branded content ads, requiring strong negotiation skills to secure partnerships and ad placements. The ideal candidate should be organized, creative, and have a deep understanding of social media trends within the skincare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

You will manage the end-to-end execution of branded content ads, across google & meta platforms which includes - coordination with creators, performance tracking, creative testing, and campaign optimization.

Partner with influencers and creators to repurpose UGC into high-performing paid ads.

Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPM, CVR, etc.) and continuously optimize campaigns.

Test creatives, captions, hooks, CTAs, and formats to drive conversions.

Stay on top of platform-specific trends, algorithm updates, and ad policies.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the Beauty or Personal Care industry.

Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate terms, deliverables, and pricing with influencers and media platforms.

Social media: Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram & YouTube) and the latest trends within the beauty and personal care space.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with influencers and internal teams.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously, staying organized and meeting deadlines.

Passion for Beauty & Personal Care: A genuine interest in the beauty and personal care industry, with an understanding of the consumer landscape.
