Role Description

Stellar is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to support new business development, manage client communication, and contribute to sales growth through effective follow-ups, online product demos, and lead nurturing. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and supporting marketing and sales initiatives for the US and European markets.

Key Deliverables:

Develop new business opportunities within existing and new customer base as per the sales strategy

Manage day-to-day sales activities including proposals, follow-ups, client communications

Prospect leads and support market development activities for the USA region

Coordinate with software development, technical support,& marketing by sharing customer feedback

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products

Support marketing initiatives such as trade shows, events, and exhibitions (US and Europe), when required

Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

Conduct online product demos for prospects and assist in closing deals

Key Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic understanding of the technology/software space

Confidence in interacting with international clients

Qualifications

UG: B.E., B.Tech, BCA in Computers, B.Sc.(Computers) or any other Computer Graduate.

PG: Preferred an MBA in Sales & Marketing/ International business

Experience & Requirements:

12 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or IT Software Sales (USA region preferred)

Exposure to outbound sales on existing leads

Ability to identify opportunities through email, phone, or chat communication

Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn

Strong command of spoken and written English for business communication

Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking concepts

Good email writing, Excel, and presentation skills

Strong follow-up and time management skills

Willingness to take ownership of assigned leads and tasks

Basic working knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or similar (preferred)

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Shift Timings:

5:30 to 2:30 AM IST (US Shift)

8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST
