Responsibilities
- Identify training needs related to cloud operations, intelligent applications, and data analytics through comprehensive surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers and technical teams.
- Deliver tailored training programs, including e-learning modules, hands-on workshops, and seminars, to enhance employee expertise in cloud technologies, intelligent applications, and data-driven decision-making.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness through detailed feedback, technical assessments, and analytics on performance improvements.
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and external vendors to source and integrate advanced learning resources aligned with the company's technical domains.
- Manage and maintain accurate training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) and prepare detailed reports on learning outcomes and business impact.
- Support onboarding with specialized training programs focused on cloud computing, AI-driven apps, and analytics tools to ensure new hires are prepared for their roles.
- Keep abreast of technological advancements in cloud operations, intelligent apps, and data analytics to ensure the learning content remains cutting-edge and relevant.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced knowledge of cloud operations or data analytics is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a technology-driven organization.
- Proven ability to create and implement technical training programs related to cloud computing, AI applications, and data analytics.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, especially for complex technical concepts.
- Strong project management skills to execute multiple training initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms, instructional design tools, and data visualization software.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
