Executive - II

Qualification:

• MBA(Finance) / PGDBA(Finance) / PGDBM(Finance) / CFA

Experience:

• 4 years in Financial Institutions/ NBFCs/ PSUs/ PSBs /Govt. Organizations/ARCs/Private Banks shall be preferred

Skills required in:

• Resolution of stressed assets/NPAs through restructuring, settlements, assignments etc.
• Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), SARFAESI, Negotiable Instruments Act matters
• Recovery matters in DRT, NCLT etc.
• Understanding of valuation approaches applicable on land, building, plant & machinery and equity
• Appraisal skills including financial analysis, business analysis, economic analysis, risk analysis, etc. of various industrial sectors.
• Any other job/task relating to credit/MIS or any other specific task of any nature arising out of business requirements

Salary: Upto 15 LPA
