Job Description:
- - Assist in the end-to-end process of talent acquisition and recruitment for positions across different levels
- - Manage resource planning, creating job descriptions, sourcing profiles from multiple channels, shortlisting, conducting 1st round of interviews, database management of current candidates and salary negotiation, sharing offer letters, etc.
- - Conducting the induction process and building a positive onboarding experience for all employees
- - Create monthly calendars, conceptualize and manage end-to-end execution of employee engagement activities.
- - Communicate actively with all the other teams as well as maintain good employee relations
