Job Description
Job Summary**
Responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and contributing to the overall HR strategy and operations within Piramal Pharma Limited, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for various roles.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines.
- Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Support compensation and benefits administration.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
