Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations - Executive to manage end-to-end onboarding activities. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, adherence to processes, and timely completion of all onboarding milestones, while also supporting broader HR operations as required.
Roles & Responsibilities
Pre-Joining & Documentation Management
- Timely initiation of onboarding formalities and maintaining regular touchpoints with candidates.
- Conduct thorough due diligence of pre-joining details and documents submitted by candidate, ensuring all information and documents are validated.
- Ensure timely initiation of Background Verification
- Facilitate timely release of confirmation letters for applicable employees (within 1 working day from confirmation date).
Day of Joining Readiness
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure day 1 readiness for new joiner.
- Govern induction activities and share timely updates with relevant stakeholders
Process Compliance & Quality
- Manage and resolve onboarding-related escalations effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and defined onboarding processes.
- Maintain high transaction quality and accuracy in all onboarding activities.
Stakeholder & Candidate Experience
- Track and improve % of candidate feedback received.
- Capture and document stakeholder feedback regularly.
- Drive a positive onboarding experience and monitor onboarding experience scores.
Continuous Improvement & Projects
- Identify and highlight relevant process improvement initiatives.
- Actively participate in HR projects and onboarding-related initiatives.
Flexibility & Role Expansion
- Demonstrate flexibility to take on additional responsibilities across HR Operations as per business requirements.
- Adapt to role changes and support other HR Ops processes beyond onboarding when required.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Problem-solving and escalation management
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors preferred)
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field with relevant years of work experience
