Executive - HR

Are you passionate about managing employee lifecycle processes and driving HR excellence Join us as an HR Executive and play a key role in enabling smooth HR operations, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee experience across the organization.

What You'll Do

Handle end-to-end HR activities including onboarding, documentation, compliance, HR MIS, trackers, organizational systems, and performance management within defined timelines.

Consult with line managers and provide HR support under the guidance of HR leadership.

Build strong employee relationships and support managers in engaging teams effectively.

Receive, acknowledge, and resolve employee queries and requests in a timely and accountable manner.

Ensure all HR records are accurate, updated, and compliant; provide information to stakeholders as required.

Manage HR compliance requirements and provide timely status updates to HR leadership.

Contribute to and execute employee engagement activities in collaboration with the Communication & Engagement team.

Your Skillset

01 year of experience in HR operations or related roles

Hands-on experience in onboarding execution and conducting induction programs.

Experience in preparing appointment letters, agreements, and maintaining HR documentation.

Knowledge of background verification processes and compliance tracking.

Experience in handling audit requirements and supporting documentation.

Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle management.
