Role Purpose
This is a frontline operations role driving the entire pre-onboarding, onboarding, and workforce movement engine for Chennai. You'll operate as the on-ground enforcer ensuring talent readiness, documentation accuracy, and deployment flow without delays. The pace is high, expectations are non-negotiable, and precision is critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pre-onboarding end-to-end: documentation, verifications, compliance, and candidate readiness.
- Execute a structured, high-quality onboarding experience with zero misses.
- Track workforce movements daily bench, deployments, roll-offs and maintain real-time visibility for leadership.
- Coordinate closely with Recruitment Ops and Workforce Strategy to accelerate hiring-to-deployment cycles.
- Drive resource allocation workflows: client assignments, extensions, and internal transitions.
- Act as the Chennai HR operations point handling escalations, process gaps, and candidate issues proactively.
- Maintain discipline across HR processes: inductions, attendance control, asset tracking, and documentation governance.
- Push stakeholders for faster turnarounds candidates, recruiters, managers and ensure timelines are met.
