Overview

Location: Chennai

The incumbent will primarily focus on driving talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent to meet its needs. In addition, they will support employee engagement and assist with other HR operations, fostering a strong and dynamic workforc e

Responsibilities

  • Assist, coordinate and manage Kemin talent selection process.
  • Leverage multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and campus recruitment, to attract and build a strong talent pool.
  • Screen resumes and manage interview schedules, ensuring smooth communication and quick feedback from hiring managers
  • Ensure closing all open positions within the lead time to hire.
  • Onboarding of new hires.
  • Interact with Universities for placement hiring and driving the KGDP program.
  • Would be taking part in the HR audits related with the recruitment function.
  • Responsible for managing HR assignments and creating project charters to define objectives, scope, resources, and timelines for successful HR initiatives.
  • Responsible for managing and updating candidate information, job requisitions, and recruitment metrics within the HRMS, ensuring data accuracy, security, and efficient hiring.
  • Organize interactive team-building activities, such as outdoor challenges or workshops, alongside holiday and cultural celebrations to foster teamwork and celebrate diverse traditions.
  • Should have thorough knowledge on working with ATS, PowerBI, MS office.
  • Coordinate to complete the Background verification with the external consultant and sort out issues if any identified.

Qualifications

  • MSW / MBA specialized in Human Resource Management – 3-5 yrs work experience preferably with Engineering background.
  • Working experience in Pharma/Life sciences/Agri Feed/Chemical with background of hiring for Factory positions.
  • Language Requirements: Local Language
