Talent Affair is hiring for an HR Generalist Executive / Sr. Executive, preferably based in Navi Mumbai as per details given below.
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Location Preference: Navi Mumbai (Remote role candidates from Navi Mumbai preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (Non-IT) Mandatory:
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end hiring (posting JDs, screening, scheduling interviews, candidate follow-ups)
- Maintain candidate trackers, issue offer letters, and initiate pre-boarding
Employee Lifecycle Ops:
- Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and HRMS data entry
- Manage confirmation process, coordinate with managers for feedback and issue letters
- Maintain employee records, update trackers for leaves, attendance, insurances
- Support exit formalities (collect assets, exit form processing, HRMS updates
Engagement & Culture:
- Organize employee engagement activities, monthly townhalls, birthday & milestone celebrations
- Collect employee feedback and pulse through informal connects
- Support HR Manager in executing internal communication, campaigns, and HR events
General Coordination:
- Collaborate with finance, admin, IT, and other internal teams
- Prepare basic HR MIS reports and support audits with documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- 2 to 4 years of HR experience with minimum 2 years in Non-IT recruitment (mandatory)
- Prior experience with HRMS platforms is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good with spreadsheets, trackers, and basic presentation creation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Prior exposure to event planning or employee engagement is a strong plus
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setup
- Organized, proactive, and responsive
