Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive HR Operations to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operational activities including recruitment support, onboarding, training coordination, employee engagement, HR portals, internal communication, exit formalities, and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, scheduling, follow-ups, documentation
  • Facilitate smooth induction and onboarding for new hires
  • Ensure timely generation and collection of pre-joining and joining documents

Training & Development Support

  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions
  • Track attendance, feedback, and effectiveness of learning initiatives
  • Maintain training records and schedules

HR Systems & Portals

  • Administer and manage Employee Self-Service (ESS) portals and HRMS
  • Ensure employee data is accurately maintained and updated regularly

Employee Communication & Engagement

  • Support communication initiatives such as newsletters, policy updates, and internal announcements
  • Drive employee engagement activities and maintain participation metrics
  • Assist in R&R (Rewards & Recognition) implementation

Exits & Separation

  • Manage resignation intimation, documentation, and exit interviews
  • Coordinate full-and-final settlements and clearance workflows
  • Ensure smooth offboarding experience for exiting employees

HR Operations & Reporting

  • Prepare HR dashboards, trackers, and regular MIS reports (recruitment, attrition, engagement, etc.)
  • Support audits and compliance documentation
  • Assist in policy implementation and documentation

Requirements

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel, HRMS tools, and ESS portals
  • Empathy, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Ability to multitask and manage operational priorities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field)
  • PGDM/MBA in HR is an added advantage
  • 13 years of relevant experience in HR operations
