Support the organisation's grant-making, impact measurement, and stakeholder engagement efforts to ensure funding is effectively deployed and delivers meaningful community outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the grant lifecycle, including application review, due diligence, approvals, disbursements, and reporting.
Prepare grant evaluation reports for management, committees, and the Board.
Track, analyse, and report programme outcomes through impact reports, dashboards, and beneficiary stories.
Lead and support impact measurement processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Provide guidance to grantees and member organisations on grant management, reporting, and impact measurement.
Knowledge of philanthropy and grant making, with the ability to enhance and strengthen grant making practices across the ecosystem.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, workshops, outreach, and capacity-building initiatives.
Support policy development, governance reporting, audits, and process improvements.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Experience in the nonprofit, social service, philanthropy, or community development sector is advantageous.
Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and report-writing skills.
Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to community impact.
Fresh graduates with an interest in social impact are encouraged to apply.
