Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madurai for an Executive for Loans at Mahindra Finance. The executive will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, processing loan documentation, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. Daily tasks include customer interaction for loan disbursement, managing customer queries and servicing, maintaining accurate records, and working with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in evaluating and processing loan applications
- Strong customer service and interaction skills
- Understanding of financial policies and regulatory compliance
- Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the local region is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
