Ensure all Flight Operations and Training-related submissions are processed, maintained, and tracked on a day-to-day basis with the respective DGCA Directorates.
Well versed in the development and preparation of Operations Manual Part D.
Manage and maintain documentation related to Trainer applications, ensuring timely and accurate submission to DGCA.
Track, monitor, and maintain records of all Trainer Trainings, approvals, and renewals.
Maintain comprehensive records of ATO and FSTD approvals, including tracking of cross-utilized SFIs and SFEs.
Prepare and maintain DGCA-mandated reports, including DE Quarterly Reports and Monthly STOL data.
Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations related to Flight Operations Training and Trainer Training.
Maintain and update regulatory and training databases on a weekly and monthly basis, providing timely status updates.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely updates related to licensing, training, and regulatory functions.
Maintain records and track all DGCA approvals related to Flight Operations.
Update and manage Training Centre Library activities, ensuring compliance with approved distribution lists and periodic update requirements.
Manage day-to-day operational and regulatory tasks as required by DGCA and internal operational needs and develop suitable methodologies to ensure effective flow of regulatory information through the established Documentation Management Process.
Coordinate with DGCA on matters related to Flight Operations and Training, as required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager or Deputy General Manager – Flight Operations Training.

Working knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks and DGCA processes
