Executive - Finance

The company builds Consumer Tech for Financial Infrastructure stack to provide curated versions of embedded banking in the payment ecosystem. We've created a platform which enables Corporates, Banks, FinTechs, Retail Companies, and Start-ups to launch their own banking services or financial products, such as payment solutions, facilitating lending, virtual bank accounts, KYC and digital profiling for their customers or employees with the help of low code plug and play technology stack.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Executive - Finance to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Your KRAs will include the following:

• Manage daily financial operations, including transaction tracking, revenue monitoring, and AP/AR reconciliation.
• Manage reconciliation and monitoring of assigned products, review daily reports, validateSLA rates, and flag discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with GST and TDS and maintain audit ready documentation.
• Drive process improvements in revenue tracking and financial operations.
• Support accounting, audits, due diligence, investor reporting, and ad-hoc finance requirements.
• Handle GST and TDS related queries and ensure timely compliance.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, invoices, and financial statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial and operational issues.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year end closures and reconciliations.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders on finance matters.
• Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely, accurate delivery of outcomes.

YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Bachelor's/master's degree in finance and accounting or CA Intermediate.
• Knowledge of GST, IncomeTax, and TDS.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Tally.
