Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance MIS Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will possess strong Finance Management Information Systems (MIS) knowledge and will be responsible for generating insightful reports and analyses that support financial decision-making. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial MIS reports to provide insights into financial performance.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key metrics and variances.
• Assist in the development of financial models and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance reporting framework.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests as needed.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge of Finance Management Information Systems (MIS) is a deal breaker.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with financial reporting tools and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
