Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain **MIS reports, dashboards, and financial analysis** using Advanced Excel.
• Work with large datasets and generate meaningful insights for management reporting.
• Handle **GST-related activities**, including invoice validation, reconciliation, and return support.
• Manage reconciliation of GST data with books of accounts and internal reports.
• Support **STPI/SEZ-related GST compliance and documentation**.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection, validation, and reporting.
• Support statutory audits by providing required financial and MIS data.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, reconciliation, and accounting processes.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in **Advanced Excel** - Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, charts, and basic macros.
• Good understanding of **GST compliance, reconciliation, and reporting**.
• Knowledge of **STPI/SEZ GST regulations and documentation**.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as **SAP, Tally, or Oracle** will be an added advantage.
  
  

Education

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent.
