Job Description

An Executive - Finance & Accounts is responsible for managing the financial and accounting operations of an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day financial and accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budgeting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure that financial records are accurate and compliant with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management on budgeting, cost control, and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Experience in finance and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
