Job Description

An Executive - Finance & Accounts is responsible for managing the financial and accounting operations of an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day financial and accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budgeting.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure that financial records are accurate and compliant with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management on budgeting, cost control, and profitability.

Requirements:

Experience in finance and accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and tax laws.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
