Job Description

  • Handle policy servicing requests such as address changes, beneficiary updates, reinstatements, cancellations, and policy amendments.
  • Process policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and documentation as per defined SLAs.
  • Respond to policyholder queries via email, calls, or internal ticketing systems.
  • Maintain accurate policy records and update systems with required information.
  • Review and validate documents for completeness and compliance.
  • Coordinate with underwriting, claims, billing, and operations teams for issue resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and company guidelines.
  • Track service requests and maintain turnaround timelines.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and highlight operational risks.
  • Support audits, reporting, and quality checks when required.
